By accessing and using MoldForge ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
MoldForge is a cloud-based platform that enables users to upload 3D models, configure mold parameters, and generate professional mold designs for manufacturing and prototyping purposes.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.3. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.4. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload models that contain viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the 3D models you upload to the service.
5.2. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your models solely for the purpose of providing the service.
5.3. The mold designs generated by the service are owned by you, subject to your compliance with these terms.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.
7. Payment and Subscription
7.1. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
7.2. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7.3. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
8. Service Availability
8.1. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8.2. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoldForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
10. Termination
10.1. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10.2. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
